1. Welcome & Introduction by Commodore
2. Minutes of last meeting with the members, 2020 AGM.
3. Minutes of last committee meeting, 16th July 2021
4. Reports by office bearers ;
   1. Commodore
   2. Vice Commodore
   3. Mooring Manager
   4. Treasurer
   5. Secretary

5. Continuation of Committee until 2022 AGM. All existing committee members have agreed to stay on until proper elections can be held next February.

6. Appointment of Auditors

7. Annual Pontoon Maintenance and Essential upgrading of ‘access to pontoon’

8. Flotilla ? Possibly October

9. Date & agenda for End of Season Meeting

Please note that at a ‘special meeting’ only matters that are included in the agenda will be discussed. Any other business should be raised as agenda items for the End of Season Meeting, hopefully in October / November

The venue for the ‘special meeting’ is booked till 5 to allow members to hang around after the meeting for a refreshment. Willie is investigating the option of a finger buffet.

New membership applications will not be considered at this meeting. Hopefully this will can happen at the End of Season Meeting.
